Make Your Own Mozzarella!

Learn how to make authentic fresh mozzarella from one of Australia’s most acclaimed fresh cheese manufacturers.

The class will guide you through the cheese making process starting from the most important ingredient, milk. Our cheesemakers will introduce you to all the methods that are involved in transforming a few litres of milk in cheese!

With hands-on instruction, you’ll learn all the secrets of making Italian style cheese using fresh milk.  

During the class you will learn how to make “primo sale”, the mother of all cheeses, how to hand stretch curd to create mozzarella and how to shape that mozzarella into bocconcini! You will also learn all the secrets to make delicious creamy ricotta!

I had the best time doing this course! The team and the cheese we made was fantastic! The lunch in between 5 stars!!! I wish I could do it every weekend :)

This was a really fun and informative workshop. Well worth it. I purchased a cheese making kit from the store while I was there and have since made the same cheese at home with excellent results! I highly recommend anyone that likes cheese to have a go because you wont be disappointed.

We had such a wonderful time at That’s Amore’s cheese class! It was fascinating to make a couple of different types of cheese and I’ll certainly be using my cheese kit to make more at home. The facilities were great and the lunch was delicious. Helen and Serena were wonderful and very relaxed and patient with us. I’d certainly recommend doing the class.
