Join us for a fun day of fresh pasta making, learning how to make pasta just like nonna would!
Chef Dario Di Clerico will teach you all the skills to make your own fresh pasta using a domestic pasta machine. From making the dough, to kneading and rolling, to finishing up with a relaxed and delicious lunch together.
Roll up your sleeves and have some fun with us.
This is a beginner's class where you will learn how to master different types of pasta making: pappardelle, strozzapreti and spaghetti. You will also learn how to whip up some authentic sauces to pair with your pasta.
On completion of the class, we will enjoy a relaxed and delicious lunch together.
Terms & Conditions
That’s Amore Cheese will attempt to contact you on your mobile if you are running late on the day. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your ticket if you come late or fail to attend on the day. A reminder email will be sent out 3 days prior to class date.
Attendees must be 16 years or age or older.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Over one week before the class - $0 fee for date change (per person) and 20% fee for cancellation (per person);
Under than one week before the class - 20% fee for date change (per person) and 100% fee for cancellation (per person).
On the day of the class - 50% fee for date change (per person) and 100% fee for cancellation (per person).

Good fun well run course. Great lunch. Easy learning very interactive. Anybody can learn to make pasta. Great course.

Was truly a wonderful experience. The chef was engaging and was able to teach the class with enthusiasm. I learned how to make three types of pasta which were all delicious. Highly recommended and hope that they do a sauce class next.

A well organised event,with a clear outline of the programme and then the “ hands on “ with lots of help and practical advice.. the meal was good . The time was well spent. I would recommend it to others to attend.
